Yes. Scentla search supports service and location discovery through company fields, service relationships, city and province data, and query parsing where those records exist.

No. Scentla is a directory and discovery platform. Listed companies may provide software development or technology services, but Scentla does not present itself as a software vendor for those projects.

Company information may come from existing internal directory records, official company websites, public company profiles, public business and location information, company-submitted listing requests, claim requests and correction requests.

No. Inclusion in the directory does not automatically constitute endorsement, recommendation or a guarantee of service quality by Scentla.

No. Some public profiles may show a Verified Profile status when selected identity or business details have been checked against available sources or an approved company process. Other active listings remain directory listings without that verified status.

Company information can be updated when better public information, approved submissions, correction requests or internal quality checks become available. Scentla does not promise real-time, daily or continuous verification.

Verification may include comparing available names, domains, locations, contact details, official websites, public business profiles, submitted company information, duplicate risk and review notes where available.

No. Scentla makes reasonable efforts to organize useful information, but public and submitted information can be incomplete, outdated or inconsistent. Users should independently confirm critical details with the company.

You can report the issue through the company listing workflow or contact Scentla with the listing URL, the requested correction and supporting evidence.

Scentla has duplicate-detection logic for company names, website domains, slugs and pending listing requests. Potential duplicates may be reviewed and consolidated where appropriate instead of being treated as separate canonical profiles.

Use the Get Listed form to submit structured company, contact, website, service and location information for review. Approved requests can create or improve public company profiles.

Scentla currently provides public directory search without charging visitors. The application includes a company submission workflow, but this FAQ does not create a long-term pricing policy or guarantee future listing terms.

Yes. Company owners or authorized representatives can use the listing workflow with a claim intent to submit accurate information for review. Scentla may need evidence that the requester is authorized to represent the company.

Use the correction workflow or Contact page. Include the listing URL, the requested change or removal reason, supporting evidence and authorized contact details so the request can be reviewed.

Please include the company name, Scentla listing URL, the exact field that should be corrected, the requested value, supporting evidence such as an official website or business profile, and authorized contact details.

Yes. Scentla includes a write-review flow for listed companies. Review submissions require email verification before they are sent for moderation, and reviews should not be treated as automatically published.

Search results can use relevance, rating, review count or name sorting depending on user input and available search modules. Relevance can consider text matches, verified status and public rating signals where those fields are available.

Scentla does not currently use sponsored placement logic in the public directory. Featured visibility may reflect profile completeness and available public business information, not an independent ranking of company quality.

Contact and submission details are collected so Scentla can review and respond to requests. This FAQ does not promise automatic sharing with listed companies; sensitive information should not be submitted through public forms.
